You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. Atlas Finance provides tools to help you understand your financial picture — the decision to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise act on any information is entirely yours. To operate Atlas Finance, we collect: (1) account credentials (email address, hashed password — never stored in plain text); (2) profile information you provide (name, age, city, state, financial goals, risk tolerance); (3) financial data you enter (account names, balances, holdings, transactions — stored encrypted); (4) usage data (feature interactions, session timing, errors) to improve the product. We do not collect social security numbers, bank login credentials, or payment card numbers.
Financial balances and holdings are encrypted at the field level before being written to our database using AES-256 encryption. Each user's data is encrypted with a unique master key derived from their account. This means that even Atlas Finance employees with database access cannot read your financial balances or holdings. Only your authenticated session can decrypt this data.
We use your data exclusively to: (1) operate and personalize Atlas Finance for you; (2) generate AI-powered insights from your portfolio using in-memory processing (not persisted in readable form); (3) improve our product and fix bugs using anonymized, aggregated analytics; (4) communicate with you about your account and product updates. We do not use your financial data to train AI models shared with other users.
Atlas Finance does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or financial data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose. Period.
Atlas Finance uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (AI analysis, processed in-memory), and Finnhub (market data). Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. Your financial data sent to AI models is not retained or used by those providers for training.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete all your financial data at any time from the Settings page. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, field-level encryption at rest, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and role-level security policies on all database access. No security measure is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at legal@levelupsolutions.ai.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Atlas Finance after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Atlas Finance ("we," "us," "Company"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Atlas Finance (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Atlas Finance grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal financial management purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or provide the Service to third parties.

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; (c) ensuring that the financial data you enter is accurate and up to date; (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Service; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; (g) use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
The Service, including all software, design, content, and AI models, is owned by Atlas Finance and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the financial data you input. You grant Atlas Finance a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. No other rights in the Service are granted to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ATLAS FINANCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS FINANCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLAS FINANCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlas Finance and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.
Atlas Finance may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property or unauthorized access.
Atlas Finance reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
