Portfolio Manager Pro processes your financial data locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or transmit your portfolio data to our servers. However, when you use AI analysis features, data is sent to Anthropic's API. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Portfolio Manager Pro and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of LevelUp Solutions. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use.
Portfolio Manager Pro is currently in beta. The Software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause or notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Portfolio Manager Pro is designed for individual investors and is not registered as an investment advisor with the SEC or any state securities regulator. The Software does not provide investment advice as defined by securities regulations.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
